noodle soup Beans & Spaghetti with sardines and toasted breadcrumbs
Hello to all! ogggi I offer a recipe at all original or rather its originality consists in the use of canned sardines! for once the idea is not mine but the author of the blog "My kitchen in India" from which I got the idea of \u200b\u200bcanned sardines and then I revised my way. Thank you publicly for this idea because I really liked it!
Ingredients for 4:
taste spaghetti
a tin of sardines in oil 1 cup of pureed tomato rustica
fresh parsley and mint
extra virgin olive oil 1 shallot, salt
chilli
a handful of black olives from Gaeta
a handful of pickled capers
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
proceedings:
school of sardines from the oil and rinse under hot running water (this is a recommendation of the author in order to remove that typical taste of tin!) in a frying pan, sauté chopped shallots together chopped olives, capers, well rinsed and drained, parsley, mint and pepper, then add the sardines and cut into 3 / 4 pieces each, and after some minutes the tomato sauce. After a few minutes of cooking, season with salt and turn off. While the noodles are
boil them in salted water, toast the breadcrumbs in a little extra virgin olive oil until blond will be good.
When cooked drain the pasta, season it with the sauce of sardines, put it in individual dishes that finally sprinkled with plenty of bread crumbs.
