MAXI WAFER BOMB

PHOTO is a little UNSHARP But I assure you that the recipe is a bomb! BUT WHAT A BOMB? A BOMB OF ALL, goodness and warmth. I hesitated long before you tried this, because it goes against MY OWN RULES FOR HEALTHY FOOD, until one day ........................... ............. gripped by a desire of good things (provided that ALREADY HAD MORE THAN A MONTH I HAD THE INGREDIENTS THAT ARE READY FOR CREATION), I decided! AND THEN MEET THE BOMB!

Ingredients:
2 sheets of ready-wafer (standard size stores that sell Romanian)
200 grams of butter
4 egg yolks
400 grams of sugar
200 grams of walnuts
1 piece of salt
1 piece of vanilla

proceedings:

First step: put the walnuts in the oven to roast for a few minutes and then crushed.

Second step: through "bain-marie" melt the butter with 200 grams of sugar and "cook" until the sugar has completely melted at this point, add one egg at a time and continue to stir for about 5 minutes. At the end, leave the mixture in double boiler to fire off a piece and season with salt and vanilla.

Third step: melt the remaining 200 grams of sugar in a pan and caramellatura occurred, pour it into the butter mixture making sure to turn it very quickly. If lumps form of caramelized sugar and turn the double boiler and melt for a few minutes. Finally add the walnuts.

Fourth step: once cut in two wafer sheets (if you get 4), fill each layer with the cream until you run out of ingredients.
Fifth step: once prepared the cake and put a weight on top to cool, cut into squares to serve.

As you see, is a recipe moltoooooo particular!
